The Starfield Skills Tracker store skill Ranks in localStorage by Levels. The Levels button is between the Next and Prev buttons.

Tapping the Next or Prev button scrolls through all the Levels stored in localStorage.

If you tap a Skill button, it increments the Rank of that Skill. It wraps after the Rank reachs 4. The total of all Ranks is kept in the Levels button at the top.

You can tap the Save button to store the Level. As you tap Skills, the Levels button turns Red if there is no record at that Level. It turns Blue if there is a record but it differs from this current record.

You can tap the Delete button to remove this record from localStorage.

If you don't spend 4 Skill points in each previous Tier, the Rank will turn Red.
